TPRI Complete!

     What a beautiful day!!  75 degrees!!  And, yes, we took advantage of this gorgeous day and played outside!  If you ask your child what he/she did today, and he/she says, "Play!" that is right!
     Right after breakfast we went to the Junior High pep rally.     
GO HAMMERS!!  BEAT HASKELL!!  Following the pep rally, the kids played outside.  Mrs. Shipp, Mrs. White, and Mrs. Cabaniss took the kids outside while Mrs. Greenlee and I finished giving the TPRI to the kids we had not previously tested.  That is all complete, and you will receive a report on your child's results with the first report card in a few weeks.
     Just a few notes and dates to remember.  Tuesday, September 13, 2011 is Picture Day for Rotan Schools.  After pictures are taken, proofs will be returned at a later date for you to view, and an assortment of packages will be available.  Please, have your child dress in bright attractive clothing next Tuesday.
     The Homecoming Pep Rally will be held downtown tomorrow, Friday, September 9th and will begin at 2:45.  The students will walk with us downtown for the pep rally.  Then we will walk back to school from the pep rally to be dismissed.  Bus students will catch the bus at the school after the pep rally. Remember to dress your child in orange and white tomorrow for the pep rally!  Come and join us as we cheer on the football team and welcome back ex-students and Rotan alumni.
